“Great customer service—they reply really quickly, but they just tell you what you want to hear. The problem still hasn’t been fixed. I placed an order almost two weeks ago because I urgently needed a pair of shoes. They sent me the wrong order, and when I kindly asked if they could send my correct pair while I returned the wrong one, they refused. Instead, I had to print a label and go to the post office to return their mistake. I’m still waiting for my shoes. This has been a terrible experience—I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. All they saying is waiting.”

“My order arrived quickly, customer service emailed to confirm my address as it had flagged as incorrect on their delivery system which is greatly appreciated - most places would just ship and hope for the best. The boots are very good quality and give main character vibes!”
