“Placed an order for next day tracked delivery. It's been over a week and I've still not had my parcel. Used royal mail tracking information and they said they haven't even received it Item was needed for an event which has been and gone. No communication from the company. When I sent a message asking where it was, I got a vague reply saying they will contact the warehouse. I have requested twice now to cancel the order for a full refund and nothing back. Very disappointing”

“Love this brand! I have always struggled with shoes as my fit are wide and just everything else either rubs or becomes loose quickly. Love their sandals, so comfortable to walk round in all day and they look great. I brought 2 pairs so far and waiting for another to come back into stock! Will definitely be my go to moving forward!”

“The first time I ordered the sandals I ordered the wrong size. This was nothing to do with AJV. A weeks later the correct size arrived and the sandals look and feel fabulous. Over a great experience and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.,”

“I ordered some boots and they were here within the week😁 they were true to size and good quality and exactly what I ordered. I can speak highly enough of the business from ordering to receiving the boots they kept me informed of progress and I am very happy to share this information to whoever is thinking of ordering. I have had so many disappointments when ordering online but this company definitely isn’t one of them. Thankyou. Karen”
