“The sandles I wanted didn't fit and needed a bigger size between sending back and and you receiving them 2 day turn around they were out of stock. :( I emailed and swiftly sorted out a few issues and a turn around of sandles were delivered speedily this is a second order from myself as I love the sandles they are so comfy. Because of the excellent customer service I will return. Thank you. Xx”

“Placed an order for next day tracked delivery. It's been over a week and I've still not had my parcel. Used royal mail tracking information and they said they haven't even received it Item was needed for an event which has been and gone. No communication from the company. When I sent a message asking where it was, I got a vague reply saying they will contact the warehouse. I have requested twice now to cancel the order for a full refund and nothing back. Very disappointing”

“Love this brand! I have always struggled with shoes as my fit are wide and just everything else either rubs or becomes loose quickly. Love their sandals, so comfortable to walk round in all day and they look great. I brought 2 pairs so far and waiting for another to come back into stock! Will definitely be my go to moving forward!”
