“I ordered the wrong size in the chunky Gladiator sandals. I didn’t open the package till 3 weeks after delivery. The sun had come out for once and I wanted to wear my new sandals. When I opened the box I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed AJ Voyage explaining this. I thought it would be too late to exchange. But no, they were so helpful and understanding. I returned my sandals and received a voucher for a new pair. Ordered the correct size and received my new sandals within 3 days. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you so much x love my sandals BTW X”
