“I ordered two pairs of sandals and a top. The top was great material, and fit great! The shoes were also amazing and fabulous quality, however one of the pairs of shoes I ordered were incorrect, however I was going on holiday a couple of days later so I didn't want to faff and bring them with me. I emailed CS and it took a while for them to reply (I had to chase a couple of times) and even though they stated they did get back to me, it was just a random screenshot of an email and I said I can't see that it was to me, which was ignored. I asked if I could keep the shoes as I already took them on holiday and purchase the pair I originally ordered which were quite different to what I did order, after a lengthy email thread, AJ Voyage instead decided to make it easier for themselves and give me a 20% refund (thank you again) however it did take a while to get there and being ignored (completely on email and then ignoring some things I had to say I.E asking for an invoice for the new shoes and not responding to that bit at all, instead saying they will do a 20% refund instead - don't get me wrong I really appreciate this but unsure why I was ignored)”
