“The inflatable doll seems great (haven't blown it up yet, though). The concept is awesome. However, despite the website saying that it would "be delivered in 3-5 days," it wasn't delivered until over 7 weeks (almost 2 months) after it was ordered. I ordered this for a bachelorette weekend, and despite me ordering it 4 weeks before the event, it didn't come in time, and it didn't even come before the wedding 2 weeks after that. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known that it wouldn't come for 7.5 weeks. They even sent me an email asking me how the product was and requesting for me to review the product, 6 weeks before the product arrived.”

“My first one arrived damaged from FedEx and airbod came through. By quickly sending a replacement. I was very impressed with the quality of image, the size, and great customer service. Well done!”

“I bought a bride and groom for my sisters hen do. They were an absolute hit. I don't think there was a part of the bar they didn't see. Very good quality and I got a lot of good feedback from guests saying they will definitely be using the company in future.”

“Disappointed within 2 minutes of the bride to be receiving her inflatable air bod it was defective with the seams separated in several patches and causes the item to deflate. Really annoying as it was not cheap and basically wasn’t able to be used from then onward.”

“I was surprised with one of my husband on my stag do and we loved it so much that I got one of my best friend who moved to Aus and couldn't make the wedding... they're now referred too as baby Ste and baby Caroline 🤣 great products, durable and catch everyone's eye!”

“My child desiged one, the customer services emailed me saying the image was too blurry, so I sent a new image and asked for a slight amendment too, and even though they told me it was too blurry, it came in the post the next day with the blurry image. Every customer service encounter now seems like someone new and it takes days and days to get a reply and when I do it doesnt follow on from anything that has been discussed peviously. I dont know if this will ever be resolved...”
