“Sadly our air bod didn’t arrive on time to take on my daughters hen party. I contacted the company and they explained that they had had supply issues, machine issues and a large influx of orders and apologised profusely. They tried to rush it to us but unfortunately it arrived after we had departed for the hen party. We were gutted but accepted that unfortunately these things happen. The airbod people contacted me again and said they would be actioning a full refund to apologise for having not supplied on time which I think is a very kind gesture and very much appreciated. It just means that out airbod groom will just have to make an appearance at the wedding 😜 Thank you airbod exceptional service and bravo for doing the right thing for me as the customer. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends x”

“Terrible customer service. I've waited days for response and they did not deliver on time. All attempts to discuss early to make plans for our event went unattended. Most unreliable and poor experience ever. Will never use and will recommend against relying on them.”

“The airbod was a great idea the only downside was I ordered it as it said 5 days delivery so the hen was on one week but it didn’t come for two weeks so we didn’t have it on time which was very disappointing but it would have given great laughs if it had arrived .”

“Didn’t arrive very fast at all- and arrived after the hen do - despite saying fast delivery, and it hasn’t stayed inflated when it did arrive :( such a shame as the photo looks great!”
