“They are dealing with my brothers conveyancing and they are extremely slow, don’t communicate and sending them a email takes longer than2nd class post… a snail can move quicker !!!”

“Please use another solicitors. Chaotic and a stressful experience from start to finish. AFG Law don’t work for their clients, only themselves… if the work requires a little extra due diligence or time and effort don’t rely on AFG. Below average law firm with no integrity or pride in their work. Conveyancing isn’t a strength of theirs. If you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy solicitors go elsewhere.”

“Used this solicitors for buying my house , selling my house , employment law in the past and now going through probate after I had insisted on this solicitors but Never again will I use or recommend . For such a delicate subject I would not recommend this company, very little empathy on the delicate situation, very little update on the situation no call backs , no response to emails, you might as well do it yourself Thankyou AFG for all your help NOT….”

“*Beware* Got a quote for conveyancing from AFG, giving full property details. Called to confirm the quote and double checked it all with them. Two weeks later, received an email to say the price would be almost £700 more! When queried, was informed that more work was required, they wouldn’t be able to lower the fee, no apologies at all! Found them very unprofessional and unfair. Word of mouth goes a long way ….. would never recommend from my experience.”

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have spoken to our residential property team and understand that you had obtained the quote on behalf of a family member, who subsequently accepted the revised quote. The revisions were added to the quote once we had the full scope of work required from the seller’s solicitor, which differed from the original conversation you had with us. Several members of our team have spoken with you and have apologised for any confusion, in addition to offering a full explanation as to why particular elements incur a higher fee. Please note that AFG LAW had no control over the additional elements brought to light by the seller’s solicitor but in order to carry out your instructions they had to be included and required more time. We are sorry that you feel we were unprofessional and unfair. We pride ourselves on the transparency of our fees but in any situation a quote is only an estimate until we are armed with all information. We would never proceed with any instruction if a client was unhappy. For this reason we closed the file and did not charge you for any work undertaken on the matter.

“Apalling service. If I could award minus stars I would do. Have sat on the money from an estate I've been awarded for 16 months and still no sigh of release. Don't use.”

“Afg solicitors and the Wigan social services did a fraud in the family courtroom MA19C00705 on the 16 of April 2020 it was Miss Ali, and Miss fox and the complaint manager Mr khan..they are the biggest liars ever,never use them, i dismissed Afg solicitor on the 5 of march 2020 court order don't say remove the Afg solicitors why not ?”

“Our solicitor was always unreachable on either phone or email. Things have moved incredibly slow and we feel like we have been palmed off a lot of the time with excuses. We may AFG law aware of this and their solution was to have weekly updates via phone at an agreed time. These never happened, not once. We would definitely not recommend their services for anyone who wants to be able to contact their solicitor when they have any queries. This experience has not been very customer friendly.”

“Awful service had a very poor experience with AFG poor communication and ended up with a much higher bill than expected. Tried to blame the Estate Agents but ultimately my contract was with AFG. Would not use again”

“My housemove has been a nihhmare due to the lawyer handeling it being non comunacativ and almost impossible to speak to.I wiuldnot use this firm again foe anything. Keep away from this lot. One word to discribe them pathetic”
