Our solicitor was always unreachable on either phone or email.
Things have moved incredibly slow and we feel like we have been palmed off a lot of the time with excuses. We may AFG law aware of this and their solution was to have weekly updates via phone at an agreed time. These never happened, not once. We would definitely not recommend their services for anyone who wants to be able to contact their solicitor when they have any queries. This experience has not been very customer friendly.
