“Gave Carl and his team at AFG a very tight time line to complete a sale and purchase of a property which they successfully completed. I have used AFG your various sales and purchases for the past 15 years and would rate them 10 out of 10 for their professional approach, service and not least of all their staff.”

“Elizabeth and Leah are the ones who I mainly dealt with. Nothing but absolute professionalism and on hand whenever I needed them! They kept me updated with every single stage even if I was ringing up 100x a day. They were absolutely amazing, whenever I had an issue or even a stupid qn they were both nothing but reassuring, prompt responses via email and always on the other end of the phone. They made the house buying process and breeze and I could NOT be happier, I’m so glad I chose AFG law they really are assets to company. I’m gutted it’s over as I won’t be able to speak to them as much anymore, the duo were absolutely AMAZING! Thankyou so so somuch! Thankyou to Dominique for doing an amazing job and signing off our property!”

“Absolutely fantastic , I was selling a property but I was a bit nervous at first not knowing what to do or how to do it but Rebecca and her team were fantastic and they talked me through it, they couldn't have made it any easier all I had to do was sit back and relax I was updated on a regular basis either by telephone or email on the progress of the sale the next thing I know the sale is completed I would just like to thank Rebecca and her team for all the hard work behind the scenes I would highly recommend this firm as nothing was too much trouble Thank you”

“AFG Law have been absolutely faultless throughout our whole house sale and purchase! We had many stumbling blocks over the process and they were so patient, organised and helpful with everything! They were extremely thorough and made sure everything we needed was in place. No corners were cut and we finally ended up in the right property thanks to them! Would highly recommend. “Moving was honestly one of the most stressful things my partner and I have ever encountered, but dealing with AFG law made it that little bit easier. Rahil and the team were the only solicitors that we felt we could rely on throughout the whole process. We were kept informed of everything they did, the acted swiftly whenever anything new came through and they went above and beyond chasing slow solicitors dealing with the sale of our previous property. Thank you to the whole AFG team, we don’t think that our purchase would have gone through without all of your help, and we are extremely grateful that our estate agents recommended you.”

“My wife and I have used AFG law some years ago for home conveyancing. When we decided to move home again we did not hesitate to instruct the lovely team of Rebecca, Rebecca and Billy to look after our needs. We had a long chain comprising of 4 sales/purchases. We had without doubt the best team available for customer dedication, communication and professionalism!! This was confirmed by the various estate agents dealing with the process. The experience with AFG was excellent, with special thanks to Billy. It was quite stressful at times with the buyers solicitors but we got there in the end. I would recommend AFG.”

“I can’t really describe in words the support and reassuring calm I received from Rebecca Manion and her team Rebecca Coles and Billy Makin during my 12 months of house purchase . The sale of my house went very smoothly but the house I was purchasing was layered with hurdles . We had moved twice while renting within 7 months of my sale . Eventually we moved in after 12 months of saying yes to the house . It was touch and go all the way due to septic tank issues , land easements and lots of other things . Rebecca Mannion was so professional and her attention to detail was impeccable with no stone unturned . Even if it was frustrating for us while renting we knew we were in safe hands for any future sale we may have desired . No matter what the vendors solicitors said , Rebecca knew every email and every timeline . Always correct ! Always on point . I’m forever grateful , it’s been worth the patience and I would recommend AFG to anyone especially if a complex purchase . Thank you”

“Excellent service, first with probate, which Anita saw through quickly and very efficiently, then the same great service with the sale of a house. I think the whole conveyancing went through within 6 weeks! Very pleasant and attentive staff. Definitely would use AFG again.”
