“The team at AFG are very knowledgeable and supportive. They respond to queries in super quick time and guided us through the whole process, taking out a lot of the anxiety of moving home. The did both our sale and purchase conveyancing and we completed on everything within 3 months which was amazing since we were under time pressure to move. They even helped us with our application for school places for our children which was above and beyond our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending AFG to anyone who is buying or selling property.”

“I'd recommend AFG Law. Rebecca Mannion and her team completed on a very complex and lengthy purchase of my first property (delays through external circumstances beyond the company). They were incredibly thorough, very responsive, professional and consistently communicated throughout. “This is the first time that we have used AFG Law but it won’t be the last and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this firm. “Brilliant service, turned around our house sale and house purchase in one month. Absolutely terrific result, and Rahil and Rhianne were both extremely diligent, a real pleasure to deal with and delivered a great result. I would not hesitate to recommend AFG if you are buying / and or selling a house, aside from the great turnaround time, AFG are keenly priced, and in my experience, with them you get a lot MORE than you pay for. Not sure many solicitors / conveyancers are sending emails to clients on Saturday or Sunday evening, or calling them in the evening to make sure the client understood the next steps.”

“I live in Ireland and was selling a house in Manchester. Rhianne and her team were so professional and polite.
