“I could not have had a better trip. I bet the most incredible people, had the most amazing experiences which pushed me outside of my comfort zone. But overall just lived my best life. None of this would have been possible without our incredible tour guide Ode! He was so so friendly and helpful, he was part of our group family. Ode could not have made me feel more comfortable and safe when first arriving, I always felt at ease and able to do things with him helping. Honestly one of the nicest most genuine people Iv ever met. Thank youuu”

“I had an unforgettable time with adventure 360 on the south east Asia adventure trip. Going into the trip having not solely traveled before I didn’t know what to expect but I’ve made such great friends and so many amazing memories. I would recommend adventure 360 to anyone as they made my trip so convenient and easy. I also felt like they were able to give me experiences I wouldn’t be able to do on my own and forced me to do things I probably wouldn’t think to do myself.”

“I booked the highlights of South America trip and due to protests in La Paz our original route was redirected, we were put on a route through very small places with absolutely nothing to do for 2 weeks which they gave no detail or information about beforehand. They also originally sent us a wrong redirected route showing the limited planning taken for this trip. I think it has been a complete waste of money and more time and planning should be taken. One member of the group also complained about this and adventure360 gave no help and basically just said to deal with it.”
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so sorry to hear your trip didn't meet your expectations.
We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for the itinerary to change, especially when you were looking forward to visiting certain destinations. Unfortunately, the protests in La Paz were outside of our control. In situations like these, our priority will always be the safety and wellbeing of our customers. The decision to amend the itinerary was made by our experienced local teams on the ground, who are best placed to assess the situation and make the safest decision based on the latest local advice.
We're also sorry to hear that the communication around the revised itinerary and the support you received fell short of expectations. We appreciate you taking the time to share this with us, and your feedback has been passed on to the relevant teams so it can be reviewed.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If you'd like to discuss any aspect of your trip further, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team directly. We'll be happy to listen and provide any additional support we can.
