“I done the epic east coast tour of Australia and Leah was the tour guide, from the very first day Leah was so welcoming and friendly to everybody, she constantly went above and beyond to make sure everyone got the full experience. Throughout the city orientations Leah was full of fun and interesting facts which everybody loved. Leah wasn’t just a tour guide to everybody in the group but she was a friend.
I am very confident in saying there was nothing more Leah could’ve done to make our experience any better than it was. Leah also expressed multiple times how she would be there for us on a personal level if we ever had any queries or questions.
Overall I couldn’t speak any higher of Leah and I felt very lucky to have Leah as a tour guide.”

“FIRST EVER SOLO TRIP
At this moment in time is about a month before I go away on the Greece Explorer trip so far they’ve helped me so much with organising everything and advice on flight prices insurance and they’ve also told me how many people are in my group whether they’re female or male and if they’re all solo or friends, they also told me the confirmed places before I booked the trip so I can plan airport transfers as they quoted £85 so they did say it would be cheaper to plan it yourself which helped me make my decision to book the trip!

“My experience was incredible, from the moment we arrive we were greeted by Hendri our group leader who has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, he has made the trip twice as good always up for some fun and making everyone laugh at the smallest thing, his energy has always been top notch which has made everyone on the trip constantly excited. His knowledge and information has been great and has always had answers to our questions, he has an incredible bond with the locals and that has also made the trip so much better. The activities we have done have been so fun and unique and will be incredible memories forever. The accommodation and food has been awesome and I would definitely recommend this trip to everyone. I’ve loved every moment of this trip and wish I could stay on it forever. I just want to genuinely emphasise how great our group leader has been, he really is all that and more and I am so glad he has been on the trip, there hasn’t been any problems he couldn’t easily solve and he has made even the occasionally long bus journeys enjoyable. I will definitely be doing another intro travel/gap 360 trip very soon, learning about the cultures and different places, animals and foods has been a once in a life time experience.”

“It was my first tour and it couldn’t have been better. I didn’t know what to expect from gap360/introtravel but was pleasantly surprised. With the knowledge and guidance from our guide Hendri, the holiday was completely sorted for us. Travel, food, recommendations and planning was all done for us. Everyday was something new to look forward to and a new experience to have. The tour guides are extremely helpful and will answer anything for you. Travelling with a company like this allows you to get the most out of your travels as you don’t have to worry about finding the best experience packages or rely on google reviews for food recommendations etc. Gap360 is definitely something I would recommend to any traveller, experienced or not.
