“I could not have had a better trip. I bet the most incredible people, had the most amazing experiences which pushed me outside of my comfort zone. But overall just lived my best life. None of this would have been possible without our incredible tour guide Ode! He was so so friendly and helpful, he was part of our group family. “I booked the highlights of South America trip and due to protests in La Paz our original route was redirected, we were put on a route through very small places with absolutely nothing to do for 2 weeks which they gave no detail or information about beforehand. They also originally sent us a wrong redirected route showing the limited planning taken for this trip. I think it has been a complete waste of money and more time and planning should be taken. One member of the group also complained about this and adventure360 gave no help and basically just said to deal with it.”

The decision to amend the itinerary was made by our experienced local teams on the ground, who are best placed to assess the situation and make the safest decision based on the latest local advice.

“I done the epic east coast tour of Australia and Leah was the tour guide, from the very first day Leah was so welcoming and friendly to everybody, she constantly went above and beyond to make sure everyone got the full experience. Throughout the city orientations Leah was full of fun and interesting facts which everybody loved. Leah wasn’t just a tour guide to everybody in the group but she was a friend.
I am very confident in saying there was nothing more Leah could’ve done to make our experience any better than it was. Leah also expressed multiple times how she would be there for us on a personal level if we ever had any queries or questions.
Overall I couldn’t speak any higher of Leah and I felt very lucky to have Leah as a tour guide.”
