“Customer Service was great, helped with upgrading my plates after submitting my order as I wanted the 3D not standard. The website was simple to use. The Plates where exactly what I was expecting. (minus the screw holes to fit them - I used a universal plate frame from Halfords to fit mine to prevent drilling through the letters and cracking them) Would recommend & use again in future.”

“Extremely efficient service! A little more advice and the opportunity to ask some extra questions would have been quite helpful. I felt the representative was very professional, however, extremely quick to answer and lacked a little customer awareness. Hence, 4* instead of 5.”

“Happy with the quick service, but failed to get 5 stars as I was not informed that the change had gone through, until I was pulled over by the police for no insurance, the last communication I had received stated it would take 7 days. While I had proof of insurance as I was still displaying old plates, DVLA was showing the change.”
