“Disappointing Start. Bought my plate over the telephone but took them 4 days to send me my confirmation and the transfer details as they put my email address in wrong despite me confirming it with them 4 times on the telephone and via social media.. Rather irritating as it wasn't difficult, and I didn't appreciate it when it was implied that it was my fault when it wasn't at all. However once transfer document came through, it was sent off and the plates were on the car 4 days later so can't complain.”
