“Very efficient, plates arrived quickly, helpful customer services when I rang to arrange a delayed transfer of the registration. All transfers completed accurately however would have preferred some communication before the transfer as heard nothing until we got a letter from DVLA saying it was ok to transfer the plates! So overall very happy but more communication please”
