“Right from the first contact email until the fitter waved goodbye, A&S have been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had a twin electrics bar fitted to my Fiat Doblo and it looks like they've done an excellent job. I was assured the work is guaranteed for a year too so I would recommend A&S to anyone who needs a new tow bar fitted.”

“Hi had tow bar fitted the other day. The fitter was very polite and helpful answering all my questions I had. I Can recommend them highly came on time excellent service. Good quality tow bar. If you need a towbar A&S Towbars is the one. Thank you”

“Had a booking this morning at Battlesbridge as was having difficulty with my Brink detachable tow bar. They quickly fixed the issue and offered advice. Great customer service and via email/ phone right from the start.”

“I dealt with Andy to arrange and book our appointment and Aaron fitted our tow bar today. Andy arranged this within a week as we needed one fitted to collect a caravan. On the day of the appointment I was called, and Aaron arrived earlier than planned which was PERFECT! Both was friendly and polite and Aaron did a great job. The job was reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend.”

“From the first initial enquiry to the installation of the towbar on my driveway this week, A&S were very professional and easy to deal with. Fitter did a great job of my detachable towbar on my BMW X5. Will definately use again for my next car. Thanks guys”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was first rate quick replies with all questions answered. Fitter turned up on the day and made a fantastic job of fitting the tow bar. Looked out once to see back end of car missing (not something I recommend) but on completion you wouldn't know as it all looks perfect. All rear sensors work including keyless boot entry and car programmed ready for towing. All for a very good price. If you need a tow bar fitting I would highly recommend using these guys.”

“Went to enquire about roof box, fitter stopped what he was doing and showed us boxes and advised us what size we would need, he then booked up box to hire for a week ,and advised us when to pick it up and return as we needed it for weeks holiday and that we could pick it up on Friday and return it on Monday week, very helpful and didn't rush us even though he was busy, first class experience”

“Had quote 6 months ago, finally decided to go ahead but now needed it in a bit of a rush (you know how life is!). Made appointment to take vehicle to their workshops, said allow 3 hrs. Went to pub for some lunch and they rang me after 2 hours said it was ready. Walked back everything great, no scratches anywhere, price held from 6 months ago, excellent job, all neat and tidy, would definitely use again if I have the need. Thanks guys - nice job, and nice guys.”

“Communicated by email, followed instructions in email, lead believed I had booked an appointment for Towbar to fitted. Failed to answer my calls and claimed they did not receive confirmation email, although the replies were on the same thread :(”
