“I needed my tow electrics coded to my Transit Custom (that i installed). I visited their premises and the guys did exactly as I asked, no issues. Very nice knowledgeable chaps. Great spares shop upstairs. Thank you, Jay.”

“Went to enquire about roof box, fitter stopped what he was doing and showed us boxes and advised us what size we would need, he then booked up box to hire for a week ,and advised us when to pick it up and return as we needed it for weeks holiday and that we could pick it up on Friday and return it on Monday week, very helpful and didn't rush us even though he was busy, first class experience”

“Had quote 6 months ago, finally decided to go ahead but now needed it in a bit of a rush (you know how life is!). Made appointment to take vehicle to their workshops, said allow 3 hrs. Went to pub for some lunch and they rang me after 2 hours said it was ready. Walked back everything great, no scratches anywhere, price held from 6 months ago, excellent job, all neat and tidy, would definitely use again if I have the need. Thanks guys - nice job, and nice guys.”

“Communicated by email, followed instructions in email, lead believed I had booked an appointment for Towbar to fitted. Failed to answer my calls and claimed they did not receive confirmation email, although the replies were on the same thread :(”

“Great service, Dean completed the fitting despite the snow and ice. Very COVID aware satanised all areas of the car he came in contact with. Really please with the detachable bar he fitted, when the ball is removed there are no visible signs that a tow bar has been fitted excellent”

“I dealt with Andy to arrange and book our appointment and Aaron fitted our tow bar today. Andy arranged this within a week as we needed one fitted to collect a caravan. On the day of the appointment I was called, and Aaron arrived earlier than planned which was PERFECT! Both was friendly and polite and Aaron did a great job. The job was reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend.”
