Went to enquire about roof box, fitter stopped what he was doing and showed us boxes and advised us what size we would need, he then booked up box to hire for a week ,and advised us when to pick it up and return as we needed it for weeks holiday and that we could pick it up on Friday and return it on Monday week, very helpful and didn't rush us even though he was busy, first class experience
