“I had a towbar fitted earlier this week at the workshop in Battlesbridge and I found the company to be friendly and efficient. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out while I had lunch and looked around the antiques centre adjacent. It was a refreshing experience to deal with a family firm and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I made a few local enquiries to get a detachable tow bar fitted and I am so glad I went with A&S. Customer service was really good, they booked me in a week ahead for a visit to my home. Completed job was first class, good quality products, real care taken during fitting and they took time to explain how everything works and let me try it. Highly recommended, great service and a local family business.”

“Thank you guys for an excellent after sales service. I had problems with my detachable tow ball which resulted in my caravan unhitching. Not only was it all sorted but the unit was properly cleaned and maintenance explained to me. I am grateful. Thank you.”

“Genuinely over the moon with the service we received having a detachable tow bar fitted. Quick and punctual correspondence with a very reasonable price quote. Booking and confirmation call the day before and the lovely mechanic Dean came out to us in Suffolk in a horrid storm and was done by midday. He showed me clearly how it worked and was efficient in his practice. All round so chuffed and can’t wait to find a caravan to tow!! Many thanks A&S Towbars!”

“Great service from initial enquiry to fitting. They removed the existing old rusty towbar and replaced it with a fully detachable one coded to the car. Very friendly professional team carried out the work to a very high standard at a very good price. If you need anything towing related I would highly recommend using A&S.”

“Arrived spot on time, Dean was a very friendly guy. Explained everything he was going to do and worked to a very high standard. Had a removable tow bar fitted and was so impressed with the whole service. i would defiantly highly recommend them for future work. Thank you Dean”

“Couldn’t fault them, arrived spot on time, fitter very friendly, explained everything on how to fit detachable tow bar to prevent it coming adrift and locking device onto car. Finished before time quoted, recoded the new tow bar to suit the car. Have used previously to fit tow bar, will use again. I contacted them by telephone beforehand with some basic questions/check quote as car came from main dealer with warranty. Thank you for a brilliant service.”

“Arrived exactly on time as advised to install a removable Tow bar on my Audi SQ5 and to provide an additional Number plate as requested. No Bumper cut required as the aperture was already there, this is my second tow bar from them, and was a very quick professional installation from Dean the Engineer who re- coded the Car to shut of the rear parking sensors once a bike rack or trailer is connected to the swing away 13 pin plug - Nice job!”
