“We have had a great experience, firstly with Dave on the initial job and today with Mike on the completion. Both extremely helpful and informative making the experience run smoothly throughout. 10/10 for Customer support and two very personable guys.”

“James visited us today to complete the changeover of our broadband connection which all went very smoothly. James ensured we were made aware of any disruption to our internet service before carrying out the switchover and ensured all wireless devices were re-connected to the network.”

“Very polite and informative. Kieren B was knowledgeable and could answer questions when the staff asked him. He was very tidy in his work area and would ask if e had received emails when he had sent them, He went through all the paperwork thoroughly when he had finished. Explained what will happen next and if we had any problems ensured that we had the telephone number”

“Excellent service from installation engineer Phil Marsden. Both Phil and the delivery driver arrived at the same time and the first stages of the installation went smoothly. Phil took time to ensure he spoke with each member of my team to run through some basic training and answered all questions. Just hope the rest of the installation runs the same way.”
