“Elliot came out to me today he was very good a lovely chap. Help me out doing what should have been done by other engineers and the BT engineer. Wire was left dangling by other engineers and switches left. Elliot has sorted things up by putting them were they should be.”

“So far we've had a fantastic experience, it's been seamless! The Sales Rep was helpful, transparent and efficient. The very next day the phones arrived on site, within half an hour of this, the engineer turned up. There was no messing about, he cracked straight on with what needed doing and went through how to use the phones. He didn't just leave it there, he showed us how to log on to our portal, how to access support and how to optimize the facilities the handset has to offer for example videocalls, voicemails, automated messages, apps, populating contacts in the address book.
The device sells itself, but what has stood out for me is the level of great customer service :-) well done HiHi”
