“Rhys Waite visited us today, both at our Training Centre and home office, to set up our new HiHi phones. He was lovely, very professional but also friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, we look forward to him returning to finish the set up when our current providers hand over the services to 4Com.”

“I had the pleasure of having James Horton, a skilled engineer from HiHi (4com), perform the stage 1 installation at our factory. I was thoroughly impressed with his friendly demeanour and efficient work ethic. James displayed a deep understanding of the telecom systems and seamlessly handled every aspect of the installation process. He patiently addressed my questions and concerns, making sure I felt comfortable with the setup. We look forward to Stage 2 of the installation. - Advanced Designs”

“Tom Parr and Ben Lightfoot carried out our initial equipment installation in June (apologies for the late review!), and were both enormously helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They were extremely professional, answering any questions we had, and we're looking forward to the go-live day soon. In the meantime, the onboarding team (Patrycja) has also been very helpful, keeping us informed of progress and responding quickly when we needed to get in touch.”

“Harvey came today to install our new HIHI system. Service was great. Any questions that we had, Harvey would explain clearly and efficiently. Very polite, knew exactly what he was doing. We were shown different methods to do different things depending on which way we wanted to do them. We now have our new system set up.”
