“Tom and Tyler were on site today to facilitate our changeover from our Reach Telecoms service. If I were to condense the experience into a sentence it would be “pay them whatever you need to in order to make sure they don’t leave your company”. From beginning to end the process has been one of the smoothest experiences we’ve ever had with off-site engineers. Not only were they concise with their requests/information, they knew the answer to every question we had (mostly before I’d even asked the question) as you might expect, but also their customer service manner was on point. It felt like they were basically part of the team, it’s that extra detail that makes the world of difference. Cracking pair of chaps!”
