“The engineer David Cowen, arrived early and worked all day to ensure that our telephones were set up. He explained everything and advised he will be back for additional training. He also organised for one set to be picked up by DPD and delivered to another address”

“Chris came to our offices to carry out the 'first fix' for our new HiHi phone system. Did all the set up in terms of installing the equipment and all the tech bits whilst onsite and took the time to talk over basic operation, system management and operation etc. before our formal training in a couple of weeks. No issues, took the time to answer questions etc. Service that should be appreciated.”

“The HiHi phones were demonstrated to me by the initial guys from HiHi, and when the engineer (great guy by the way) installed them, they proved to be just as simple as the salesmen said. An altogether good experience from all members of HiHI, and a pleasure to work with a company that knows their product well and it does what it says on the tin. Well done everyone Elmside Ltd”

“New lines were set up by engineer Tom. Left everything tidy and explained how to use new phone lines, answering any questions we had. Friendly and helpful, highly recommend. Hope to see you again soon with second part of the install. Packhorse Ltd”

“Kieren has visited our premises today to start the installation of our HiHi phone system. Kieren is a very pleasant gentleman who has performed everything he needs to do causing minimal fuss or disturbance within the clinic and in a very respectful way. He is extremely helpful and explains everything in a way we understand which is much appreciated. We are impressed with your service at so far, thank you. LFW Podiatry”
