“Great service, would recommend to all. Mark has been really professional during setting up our new phone system. He gave us a short training as well and contacted our outsourced IT company to install the software. We only had to stop working for 10 minutes while he installed the system. Great decision to have HiHi on board.”

“All the equipment arrived quickly ready for installation. The engineer arrived on time and worked quietly with hardly any disruption to the the offices or staff. He was polite courteous and friendly. The new system was demonstrated to all the staff in a very clear way making it easy for us to understand and use. We are happy with HIHI 2 and it seems like it will be a lot easier to use than the previous version.”

“Mark who carried out the installation was very helpful and friendly. He made the process a lot easier for us by taking care of setting everything up. Once everything was installed he went through the training and answered any questions I had. Customer service has been great so far.”

“We have just had installed new HiHi telepohne devices from 4Com and they are very modern and ideal for use throughout our business. They are quick and easy to use and features such as the "Parked Calls" and "Do Not Disturb" allow us to respond to various calls as the business reuqired. Would thoroughly recommend.
