“The blinds are ok. But sadly the chain to close and open are very short. I can not reach them comfortably. The windows are long. So needed to be longer chain to open and close . About 6 inches longer.”

“Yet to put them up due to decorating. They are ok, I thought I ordered taped version but obviously not. Not sure they are worth the money. Apart from brackets, they don't come with any fixings, ie screws, raw plugs etc like others do. Judging by the weight of the blinds they will need some heaving duty ones as these are extremely heavy. I just hope the mechanism that controls and holds the string is strong enough... time will tell I guess”

“I’ve bought a vfew blinds now from you and always been happy with them but this time I got the right size of blind and pelmet with the wrong size of end caps fit tge pelmet I’ve been in touch twice no and no replacements Totally unacceptable”

“4 Venetian blinds ordered. 2 with light scratches on the left side of the header rail. 1 with a notchy rise and fall, slats look slightly off on the horizontal. 1 still in box”

“Blinds were good but not provided with fixing screw/plugs! I have many different types of screws but the ones required are very thin. A quick fitting job then became a bigger job having to go to DIY store to purchase the screws. I find it also anoying that Brand advertising is stuck on the blind and I had to remove it. Selection was easy and delivery was very good. The simple and cheap task to put a few screws in the pack would have resulted in a better review.”
