“Bought plain roller blinds and although the fabric is nice, the overall finish is lacking. If you want them to look anywhere near decent, I would fit over the window rather than inside the frame. The wall fittings look basic and cheap. Installation wasn’t easy inside the window threshold as there Is not a lot of room for error in the measurement. This would all be ok if they weren’t so expensive for why you get.”

“Use a different delivery company blaze is terrible waited all day as was ment to be out for delivery and never came. Wasnt very happy”

“Blind is a little bit smaller than anticipated. The cord for the blind is terrible, it keeps coming undone as there is a weird separator in it for no reason that I can see. Really unimpressed.”

“the blind strings were adjusted poorly. when pulled up the left side is low by 35mm and sags in the centre”

“The time it took to arrive was long+ the delivery was a joke two days taken off work and wish I had read reviews of the courier company beforehand shocking never read such bad reviews. Also once blind was up light coming through both sides even though measurements were correct. Not good wouldn't recommend.”

“I have bought 7 day and night blinds from this company and all fitted well apart from the last one but when I complained that the blind was 3cm narrower than my measurements I have had the total run around I was asked to.provide photos of the blind showing the difference in size against a measuring tape which I did the photos of the blind hanging in the window showing the gap which I did then when I advised that my other blinds did not have this large gap I was asked to.provide more photos of these blinds which I did. After all this back and forward still no refund. Yes a great company provided you don't raise any issues.”
