“Great customer service. I was taken care of every step of the way. The website was really easy to use, I found a Log Cabin without any fuss! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a Log Cabin.”

“I purchased a 20ft x 18ft Libby Mae log cabin from 1 Click Cabins and I’m very pleased with the quality. The lorry driver was very helpful, he gave some useful tips on construction. The quality of the wood is good with not too many knots. Originally I was reluctant to spend so much money on a product unseen, but for me it has all worked out fine with no problems.”

“Ordering On-line was very straight forward. Expected delivery date was only a few weeks, communication of date was good. Delivery arrived on requested day and driver unloaded efficiently. Assembly instructions were very clear. Defiantly would recommend to anyone.”

Jennifer, your log cabin looks brilliant.

“Nice garage at a good price. People were very helpful when needed. Delivery men were excellent in attitude and helpfulness. Only down side was multiple missing parts and a couple of parts not cut to correct length to allow for window. Luckily we managed to fashion most (but not all) missing parts out of cladding that was used as a pallet. Overall better than a lot of the reviews i read but shame about the missing parts!”

“I am very pleased with my log cabin. it is ideal to house my hot tub and a few extras. Alan and John were fantastic at putting it together. They were very professional and really helpful. Definitely a pleasure. The reason I have marked it down a star because of the lack of communication from the company, I had to do the calling. I then asked if I could be given 1 weeks notice for delivery as I had things to prepare. When in fact I was given 3 days which was a rush for me. I am going to be ordering another cabin from you sometime soon.”

“I love my click log cabin, but I don’t love the cheap felt for the roof, I also don’t love the plastic windows and door finish, it should be glass.”

Thank you for your review, This cabin is from our Budget range that comes with perspex windows and free roofing felt. We do have a glass glazing option on request.

“It has been delivered but not up yet. However the quality of the timber looks very good, the windows and doors weigh a ton! I cant wait for it to be erected and finally have my dream office, come hideaway, come bar.”

“Instructions were very poor. Had different numbe of logs that it said. Had the plane the gable as ut didn't fit. Also some window panels were of the wrong way. Otherwise happy. Nothing to show me where any of the fixings go”

We were unaware of any issues with the gables, this would be extremely rare - this can only happen if the logs lower down are not knocked down enough. “The cabin is great just such a shame its not complete. Two pieces were missing from my order - I was told they would be delivered asap. 6 months later and I am still waiting. I have contacted the company repeatedly and told they are coming soon, I wonder how much longer I will have to wait for something I have already paid for.”

“The ordering was very good - Simon was very positive and helpful. However we did stipulate on the order that we needed delivery within a 4 week period. This was not met. We were promised that delivery would be in the fifth week, but were then informed that it would be in week 6. We explained the reason for urgency, no action was taken to help. I wrote a letter to the managing director, but received no response. Not Good Enough!”
