“Enjoyed the mangalitsa belly pork most, despite overcoming it. I treated it like conventional belly pork that would have crackling, which was a mistake! The unburnt bits were delicious. Can we have cooking guidelines on the packs? Will definitely buy again.”

Thank you Richard for your feedback, I am sorry you were disappointed with the Mangalitza Pork Chops, this is very unusual as everyone raves about how tasty the Mangalitza is but I guess they are not for you. I do hope you enjoyed our other fabulous products.
