“You can’t hope for anything better than this place. Knowledgeable , helpful staff who are great to deal with. Plus, the pork belly l had was delicious. Thoroughly recommended.”

“All those cuts that your ordinary High Street butcher doesn`t have - and doesn`t know how to prepare properly - even if they can get it on a special order. Lot easier to deal with the charming ladies at Combermere.”

“First of all, the meat was exceptional quality. The service from ordering on the website until delivery was outstanding. I ordered on Friday and it was delivered by 11am Saturday morning, as promised. Will definitely order some more meat, especially as it is not easy to buy VEAL in the UK.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a range of meat products from Alternative Meats the first being delivered via courier easily in well packaged cool box, this time I decided to pick up from their place of business which gave me an excuse to drive to the other side of my country of Cheshire and just into Shropshire visiting a famous pub and nearby pottery. Already roasted the leg of hoggett lamb on the BBQ rotisserie which the family loved for Sunday lunch, and bacon and sausages, white pudding going done a treat for a morning fry-up!”
