“Order arrived on good time despite all the strike issues. Well informed of the process of my order. Had meat from this company for several years. Never disappointed. Love the giat and suckling pig. Excellent beef. Love that you can buy most bits of the animal so hopefully no waste”

“Firstly I have to say Alternative Meats have been my Pre Christmas Dinner Party, fairy godmother. I have spent the morning with messages from my guests complementing me on the outstanding food and in particular the wonderful meat. For meat read “Veal Cheeks”. This is not the first time I’ve used them, and this is how I came to use Alternative Meats in the first place, but it is the first time I only had two weeks from placing the order. As everyone knows this year is turning into a horror story for deliveries, but I was promised that everything would be done to get my order on time. I had regular updates and conversations with Diane and true to her word everything arrived as promised. The carrier was great and early and the Veal was awesome. Having spent the rest of the morning looking at the website I can’t wait to start with my next order, my only problem now, is not a time Issue, it’s where do I begin !!! Once again many thanks to everyone for the outstanding meat and service. . I”

“Good service - tried hard to mitigate being let down by one of their delivery companies and go the order to me with minimal delay. Kept me informed about it. Went for duck livers and chicken wings both good quality.”

“Have ordered Xmas ham and meat from Alternative Meats every year for last 4 years. Amazing quality produce, you won't find better, and top quality shipping. Always comes in well packed, climate controlled packaging and communication is first class, especially this year with Mail strikes. Easy five stars, would give six if possible!”

“First time I had ordered from this company. They kept in touch about problems with delivery services which was welcome as there were clearly difficulties nationwide. (Another company told me they had cancelled my order because they could not arrange delivery and it was impossible to order what I wanted elsewhere at such short notice.) When the meat arrived it was still cold and/or frozen and the quality excellent. Will order from them again without hesitation.”
