Of course I did not have a receipt or order number, so I reached out directly to the company to ask how I can go about figuring out if mine was broken for good, or if they had suggestions as how to fix it. I did not expect that AT ALL… I received my new Frother quickly after that l, and I have used it everyday since! This product works SO good! “Really like this frother. It's very good quality. The only 2 things I don't love are that you have to hold the button down the whole time & it sometimes splatters out a teeny tiny bit. It's an extremely small bit of spray so not a big deal, but I wouldn't wear a white shirt while making my coffee. I really wanted to give it 5 stars otherwise because customer service is fantastic! They were very helpful & nice.”
