“When I first got this item, it was amazing. The motor was very powerful and had no problem mixing up my collagen powder in my coffee or a glass of almond milk. Unfortunately, after about a month, the motor started to struggle to mix the same powder in my drinks. Even though there is a lifetime warranty, you still have to pay $6 for the shipping. That would have been fine, but within a month again, the new one’s power button works off and on. Not sure that it’s worth paying another $6 for a third replacement. Might look for a new manufacturer.”

“This is a dandy little kitchen tool with lots of uses. It froths milk to double its volume, and it makes an exquisite cup of matcha. It's not a stick blender, so don't use it that way - only use it to mix fine powders, don't run it more than a minute at a time, and use a light touch on the switch to make it last longer. The owners of this business stand 100% behind their product and are great to deal with.”
