“The finish on the replacement is of lesser quality than my original one. The finish feels sticky and gummy, definitely not as hard a finish as my original. I held both in my hands to compare. I still had my stand from the original frotherer so it was okay. However, I wasn't informed that they would be sending the new one without a stand. I could have easily thrown the stand away and would have been out of luck!”
