“At 62 years of age, and not having a musical bone in my body, I decided to learn to play the guitar. This course is perfect for anyone setting out on their guitar journey. Not only does it cover the basics, such as how to hold a guitar, strumming and some chords, but also a little music theory, strumming patterns, scales, and how to get going with a plan for regular practice. By halfway through the course, I was playing a few chords, strumming my first song, and even playing a simple riff. Not bad for someone who last played the hateful recorder at school over 50 years ago! If you want to get a good grounding, and can put the work in, this course will have you playing 2 songs, using several strumming patterns, several chords and a couple of riffs by the end of it. It gave me the confidence to now move on to the next level. I can't recommend this course enough.”

“I have completed Electric Blues Essentials Levels 1, 2 and 3 already once but the materials are so well prepared and in a very teachable order of difficulty that I was really glad to see that Dan loaded them into my Pathway for a second go at it. Dan,s methods and logic have been so instrumental in my progress. Not only as a Blues guitarist but as a musician as well.”

“I bought 15 YGA courses, but have not yet started 2/3rds of them. I did this one and found it very good, then moved on to the Electric Blues Essential courses 1 & 2, beforel doing the BB. King course.”

“Guitar Gym Bundle has helped my playing quite a bit. Dan is an excellent teacher. I do get a little tired of the power chord intro on most of the lessons. It might not be possible, but a direct link to the applicable lesson pdf would save some hunting.”
