I have found working with the guitar club enjoyable and rewarding and would recommend it to anyone who was considering learning the guitar. The team are supportive and full of insight and experience. The lessons and coursework are easy to access and are enjoyable. I have found a new passion in my life thanks to the guitar club.

I am a huge fan of YGA. Dan and his team have put together a fantastic set of courses and other resources, and they are incredibly responsive to questions or enquiries. I own several courses, have an annual membership and this year took part in the Accellerator Programme, which really improved my playing and understanding of the guitar.

Absolutely loving working through my first chosen pathway, whilst dipping in and out of some of the other content that's available. The quality of the video lessons is awesome, and they are backed up by superb tabs, audio tracks etc. I've tried other on line courses, and the usual jumping around you tube......this beats the lot hands down. Thanks to everyone involved!

After many years of being a mediocre guitarist, only occasionally picking it up and strumming the same thing over and over I decided to try and improve, I found the Guitar Club on youtube and did a few of the "Lead Guitar" lessons and wow, it all started to make sense! So I signed up as a full subscriber and spend 15 to 30 minutes most days working throught the lessons. Excellent content, easy to follow and it's really made a difference to my playing and confidence with a guitar.

Thanks to GuitarClub for creating such a great platform with well-designed guitar courses. The lessons really take you from absolute beginner to intermediate level in a clear and logical way. Everything is structured, engaging, and easy to follow. I’m from Ukraine, and I wouldn’t say my English is very strong, but it was still enough to understand all the video lessons without using any translators. I had been learning guitar on my own before, but I didn’t have a structured plan. This website finally gave me that structure. After finishing just the first few courses, I was already able to play several songs confidently, and I developed a real sense of rhythm — something I had been struggling with for a long time. There is only one thing I’d like to point out. In the Electric Guitar Pathway Level 1, the songs chosen for practice include sixteenth-note rhythms, even though the course only teaches eighth notes up to that point. For a beginner, that jump can feel too big and a bit discouraging. Personally, I believe sixteenth-note songs should be introduced in Electric Level 2, not Level 1. Other than that, everything is excellent. Thank you for the great work!

Hi Slava, thank you so much for this detailed feedback. We're really pleased to hear you're enjoying the club. We've discussed your point about 16th note rhythms and it's a very good point! We won't remove the 16th note songs from level 1, as the songs themselves have all been selected and planned to help with the specific pathways, but we are going to include a course that will cover sixteenth note rhythms so that it's less of a jump up when you get to the songs. This change should be finished by the end of the week.

Guitar Club is great. Well laid out and the tutorials, toolbox, and interactive tab make it easy to follow. I use it to supplement my weekly guitar lessons because sometimes I come out of there feeling like my head is spinning. This lets me do a review at my own pace and Dan and staff are great teachers.

The Guitar Club is really the holy grail of online guitar learning for a guy like me who wanted to focus on learning to play blues & indie/garage rock kind of music and have a clear path to get better at it. The player studies are on point and you really learn both the technique & theory behind how your favorite guitarists play and why. The new pathways system is only going to dial this up to 11.
