Currently doing the Acoustic Fingerstyle courses with Thomas, the course teaches new skills properly while helping with basic skills through practice. It's great to have a structure to follow instead of just trying to play random tabs of stuff you like. He drops in little comments that help motivate me at least and each section ends with a piece that sounds satisfying to achieve even though at the start you think I'll never be able to do that. Will keep going as it feels I'm actually getting somewhere (slowly in my case).

My daily practice session with Dan always puts a smile on my face! His enthusiasm is wonderful and contagious. I love the fact that you keep the mistakes in the videos and reassure us that if we can't make the lick just quite yet, we'll get there in the end. Having gotten used to Guitar Club, I find that I get very disappointed with every other "online guitar school". I have not found anyone else who has structured the lessons so well, has tabs, diagrams of the chords, the ability to slow down or speed up the backing tracks, etc. Some sites will have some of these features, but I have yet to see another site with everything.

The Guitar Club is so good! Brilliant instruction, cleary laid out and easy to follow. The club has inspired me to try to improve and I believe gives me the tools to do so :)

I have been a career long beginner. I have spent years and years practicing the same exercises and lessons over and over. Since I started Guitar Club, I have learned more in the past month then I have in years with other lesson sites. The information is organized and keeps you engaged. I am currently on the intermediate pathway and everything that I had learned in the past is finally starting to come together because of the way these lessons are taught. I have only been with GC for a little over a month and I pratice more than I ever have. The instructors are top notch and the style they use to deliver the lessons is unlike any other site I have used. Definitely give Guitar Club a try!

I am not a native English speaker and would like the videos to have translation functionality. Additionally, I would like to be able to edit my pathway as I wish and follow it that way. It would also be nice if the interactive tabs could be configured the way I like them and leave them like that forever without having to adjust the volume, metronome, etc. However, everything else I like and I try to take advantage of it as best I can.

I consider myself an intermediate player (I’ve been playing since 1996, with a few short breaks from the guitar during those years). Lately, I’ve found myself stuck and wondering how to progress, and after trying quite a few sites and resources (all with some good points, but none of them really clicked with me enough), it’s safe to say I think I found the one for me. YGA's lesson structures, content, and presentation is A-1. The Players Studies is what got me to buy a yearly membership, but I’m seeing a lot more on the site that I can’t wait to jump into and get working on! Highly recommended!

I actually use the Guitar Club as an advanced user, for my teaching! I find that the amount of courses for beginners and intermediate players is second to absolute none online, and the materials are out of this world. So I just want to say a massive thank you to Dan and the Club for everything they've put together!

I have been learning guitar for two years from various online sources, in this time I have managed to learn some chords, and strumming patterns. However I always felt I was going around in circles without any clear learning path. I then discovered Your Guitar Club recently, and I genuinely wish I came across this two years ago. There are so many great courses to choose from, I love the blues and fingerstyle, and Dan, and Thomas, make lessons really easy to follow with great quality instructions, and good natured banter. My guitar playing is really starting to improve with good structured tuition and I can't thank Dan,and all the instructors enough at Your Guitar Club.
