“I ordered a total of 60 spring bars in 20mm and 22mm. While these "skinny fat" spring bars are useful, unfortunately one of them arrived defective. One end of the bar is missing, casting doubts on quality of the rest of them. Anyone familiar with watches surely understands the importance of quality spring bars. Your watch can easily fly of the wrist if one of them fails. Yes, I understand only one arrived defective and the rest look fine. But if they send out defective spring bars, how do I know the others will hold? When I reached out to customer support, I was offered a small discount on future order. I am currently not interested in any future orders, so basically there is no remedy. Obviously, I am disappointed in quality of their products and their customer service.”
