If you’re using an aftermarket rubber strap on your seiko you can either risk squeezing the fat bars through your nice new strap, put standard spring bars in which will eventually oversize the lug holes or pay a couple of quid for these and do it properly!

A really good idea that has allowed me to fit a rubber strap to my watch which has large spring bar tip recesses.

Not a quick release, but works great on my bb54.

They are as described and quality seems perfectly reasonable.

Very useful to purchase if you intend to change a strap on a Seiko watch which require wider tips on the release mechanism.

Exactly what you need for using about any strap with Seiko divers.

Bought to fit with a TROPIC strap for my MM300m Seiko. Fat bars are a bit too thick for that strap. These fit nicely and secure in the lugs without being impossibly thick for the strap.

I went to my watch dealer to have him safely take off the SLA073 from my Seiko SLA055 ( I safely swap rubber straps but not bracelets) with a pair of these Watch Gecko spring bars. He told me these were too thin and pulled "real" 1.8 with 1.1 tips from his drawer and you could visibly see that the Watch Gecko spring bars were too thin. So I purchased some "real" 1.8 with 1.1 tips and everything is fine. I don't know if Watch Gecko sent me these too thin spring bars by mistake or if this is their default notion of "Skinny Fat." In any event, I was obviously disappointed. That's too bad because my watch friends in the watch community have good things to say about Watch Gecko products.
