The application and especially online experience (required to add custom smart apps and device handlers) could use a lot of polish, it requires some technical knowlege a lot of reading through forums to use.”
“I purchased the hub to aid compatibility with Z-Wave and Zigbee devices. Working well so far. I've connected door/window sensors and hooked up with the KOnnected Alarm panel. It works smoothly with no issues. I connected the supplied ethernet cable to our WIFI router but works equally well without.
The build quality is excellent and the set-up was fast and easy. Would recommend this product.”
“The user interface is a bit ‘clunky’ and not configurable to reduce size with on/Off options for a mobile phone usage.
I also cannot seem to create 2 or more schedules for the same day in the same week.
This is available, even in the low end controllers.
I will persevere as I want many more devices, but I need the option of a ‘Summary view’ with easy On/Off options.”
