“I've been using the hub for a few weeks, it seems like a solid product but it's important to understand it's mostly good for supported devices and lacks a lot in customization.
It is possible to code some kind of scripts for handling devices, but you can't make use of it to perform your own custom logic inside your network.
if you want to do something as simple as send an internal network command - you just can't. which is VERY disappointing.
I think an advanced user will end up needing to setup another local smart hub such as home assistant. then.. what do we have this for...?”
“The device is small and easy to use. I am using a 3 hub and some sensors. Unfortunately, as it happens in life - maybe it is a matter of poor internet or router configuration, maybe a worse day - despite doing everything according to the instructions, the hub does not finish the configuration, you have to reset the hub many times for the installation of the hub to run correctly. The biggest problem is changing the internet settings - it is necessary to reconfigure the entire device and sensors connected to the device one more time. Overall rating 8/10. I propose to enable the connection to the hub and its configuration as it is with the Internet router- then I'll give 10/10”
