“Overall it’s a very expensive product and for that reason we switched to lavender capsules which were much cheaper. My experience is that I generally found saffrosun uplifted my mood, whether that was a placebo effect or not, but I did find improvements in my mood. Again, there are life conditions that if they can be changed (diet, exercise, interpersonal relationships, life purpose and meaning, therapy etc) then should be changed for sustained mental well-being, rather than relying on a supplement to solve all issues. I chose saffrosun as I felt that circuits in my brain were fixed into a negative loop or dulled slightly from a long winter and lack of social contact and I wanted a mood enhancer for that reason. Overall my experience with saffrosun was positive, but, as I say, I didn’t continue to use it because it was too expensive long term and after two pouches I switched to lavender capsules. Lastly, I wrote this review because I was being emailed again and again by the company to write it, so this is my honest review. If your keen to try it then I can certainly recommend it for uplifting mood, whilst remaining skeptical and choosing to create new life changes once having tried it, and considering cheaper options if needed. Thumbs up for saffrosun, something I enjoyed ingesting whilst I could afford it!”

“I have been taking Saffrosun along with Marine Magnesium for around 1 month now and I can't express how much better I feel. My anxiety has settled massively, I feel more calm and in control of my emotions and stressful situations. I have been sleeping much better and just feel generally lighter and happier. It wasn't a sudden surge of energy but more like a subtle shift over the first week of taking it. I've been struggling with my mental health for a few years and it amplified when stopped using hormonal contraception last year along with working night hours. My partner recently said it's like he "got his girlfriend back" which I think speaks volumes. Definitely a life changer for me at and don't think I could go without it !”

Hi Linda, If you are having acute anxiety then you can take up to 4 capsules a day for up to two weeks to 'kick start' the dose and rebalance your body. Please ring if you want to talk further with a pharmacist in the office.
