“I have been taking this along with the marine magnesium for 6 weeks now and it has made a huge difference to my symptoms. I had anxiety, waking up at night with a racing mind and not being able to get back to sleep, mood swings and hormonal headaches. Since taking these tablets my symptoms have dramatically lessened and some have gone completely. I feel much more in control and not so anxious. I am sleeping better and if I do wake, I'm able to get back to sleep. The magnesium is helping the headaches. My PMT has improved and there are not as many tears. I feel much happier in myself. I can't and don't want to take HRT (due to a family history of breast cancer) or anything containing soya isoflavones (they give me really bad hormonal headaches) and everything on the market for menopause symptoms contains them. I would recommend to anyone to just give these a try.”

“I have been taking this for 4 weeks now and really feel it has helped my anxiety. I suffer from acid reflux and would get into a cycle of worry, and overthinking which makes the reflux worse. I have been able to start reducing the medication I take for reflux with no ill effects and am hoping to stop altogether”

“I dont normally write reviews but have to say I have noticed the benefits of this supplement. I feel calmer and more balanced since taking this, its took the edge off my anxiety and I definitely feel that I have more energy. I am continuing with subscription, thank you.”
