“We bought this for our 6 year old who suffers with anxiety over school and friendships which means she couldn't fall asleep easily. She also found it difficult to unwind in the evening. She doesn't drink smoothies or juices so it's incredibly difficult to get this in her; she's agreed to take it in some water. Although it's a tiny capsule she couldn't swallow it. It's definitely helped her. She is less worried and falls asleep at a reasonable time. She refused to take it for a few days and she reverted back to what she used to be like, staying awake worrying until late. I've recommended this product to others, I'm so impressed!”

“This product has worked so well for me & would highly recommend. However I found one tablet enough for me after trail & error as I found two tablets gave me restless nights sleep. I take this product alongside Marine Magnesium.”
