“I take four a day. I have taken as many as six. Divided between morning and evening. I still seem to be slightly constipated first thing in the morning and from about late afternoon. The only way I can make them work is if I overdose on grapes, dried apricots and dried prunes. I suspect the dried fruit would work on its own without taking the pills at all.”
