We are sorry to hear that you received a brand you were not expecting and for any inconvenience caused.
From reviewing our correspondence we can see that you have more than one account with us and while one account was noted with your brand preference this was not noted for the other account.
To reassure you the notes have now been updated and you should not see this issue in the future if the order is placed on one of these two accounts. For future orders we will provide your preferred brand or where this is unavailable we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.

“Unclear if Permethryn 5% is completely successful. However GP advised all household to use. It has certainly almost cleared the infection (along with a lot of housework and washing). Since the original person was unaware of being infected for several months I believe our local GP should have provided more advice and perhaps suggested more than a once a week treatment initially as the mites are not all reproducing a week apart and it's been a long process to get to this stage (which is hopefully nearing an end). Independent Pharmacy have been very good and take precautions to ensure you follow the correct procedures.”

And it hasn't worked cannt understand why we followed the instructions cleaned washed everything and we still have it!”
