Hot iron skillet, generously salt and peppered Ribeye Sirloin or Rump, placed down with that excited hiss from the pan. Only turn when perfectly browned. Butter, garlic and fresh thyme, based with love till medium rare. Gently nursed onto your plate, eyes impatiently watching whilst it rests for a minute, then Boom! Slice it up, fall in love with every single bite. The only downfall is, you may have to share with your partner.”
