They all weighed around the same which made for really balanced low & slow smoke. I did them for 10hrs and rested for 2hrs. The meat was tender juicy and everybody loved it joined with a Louisiana sauce.”

“Very tasty and moist! Let it come up to room temperature before applying rub. Left for an hour while Weber Smokey mountain came up to temperature. Left it on for about 8hrs giving it a spritz every now and then with double wrap of foil for last couple of hours until probed ready. Rested an hour in the coolbox before shredding. Amazing!”
